Light House and Wild Horses

Yes, thats horse poop.
It was the only evidence I could find that indeed wild horses lived on the beach.

Kelli, the boys, and I went to a location where you could actually drive on the beach in your car.
It was soo much fun! Probably the coolest feeling/thing to do.
It was so funny though, at one point the sand got deeper and the car started to saddle bag! I wish I had a video camera of Kelli's reaction. You would of thought she wasn't from good ole' Brookville, where 4-wheel drive is second nature.
After driving on the beach and hunting for the wild horses, we went to the lighthouse.

Alex wanted to go up to the top so while Kelli watched Owen, I volunteered to take him up.
Whats the harm right??
Waiting patiently in line.
Alex looking down into the wishing well part where kids threw money into the pit.
Alex threw $1.00 in.

On our way to the top.
Okay this is the SCARY part. About 1/4 of the way up, I began to realize I forgot I am DEATHLY afraid of heights! I seriously never felt this weak in the knees. Alex was so excited to get to the top and all I wanted to do was curl up in a ball.
I had to suck it up and take one for the team....
With a tight death grip on the rail, pretending to look out the windows as Alex said, "Look Casey!! How high!", and doing all I could to make sure he didn't trip or fall, we finally made it to the top.
I peeked out, and about died! Some lady looked at me and said, "Are you alright?"
Haha, needless to say, this is the only picture I could get of him! He loved it!
After like 2 1/2 minutes I was like okay lets go back down!

Alex kept saying, "Casey let go of me!" as he peered over the railing and as I stretched clear across the walkway sure to keep one hand back on the wall.
I couldn't let go of him.
