The Year's Crop

This past summer, Ben and Mick decided to take on the challenge of their very own garden!

I told each of them that I was having NO PART in it.

They were soooo proud of themselves!

After every night watering and every day weed-pulling,

To my surprise.....they didn't do half bad.

(My part came in later...canning!)

We managed to make gallons upon gallons of shake pickles, numerous quarts of Spaghetti Sauce! A few quarts of dill pickles and vegie soup. And numerous pints of relish and salsa.
